Moranbah Gel Blasters will bare no responsibility for you not complying with these state or territory laws/regulations and will not be liable for any laws broken or goods confiscated as a result of not heeding these laws.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES:
All orders placed during weekdays will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from our store. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has packed and is ready for shipping. This email will contain your tracking number(s) and order details. The tracking details are available on the Australia Post website or via the App.
STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES:
Once an order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of Australia Post and we are not liable or in control of shipping. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery though these times may be extended due to Covid restrictions. All products are shipped from our store in Central Queensland and the shipping information times are available on the Australia Post website. If you require help with locating a missing order, please use Australia’s Post missing item page.
Tracking information should be sent within 24-48 hours of the parcel being processed through our system. If you require more tracking information, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and details and we will be happy to help.
CHANGES TO SHIPPING:
Please ensure your shipping information including your delivery address is correct before checkout. We are unable to change delivery address once the order has been processed and sent via. Australia Post.
Free postage will not be available for sale items or promotions. Free postage is only available for standard pricing.
DAMAGES/LOST IN TRANSIT:
Moranbah Gel Blasters are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged or your order has been lost in transit, please contact Australia Post to file a claim. All products are shipped with standard post and as such are only insured for the minimum $100. If you are concerned with this, please select shipping with insurance upon checkout to insure your order for the full amount.
